Both PMDG 737NGX and 777 are now out for P3D. Standard price for the base packs are about 30% more than FSX versions ($90 and $135), expansion packs are the same. However the 777 base pack is price matched to the FSX version unill tomorrow (yes I'm a tad late with the news on that one) and the NGX base pack is price matched to the FSX version until 6th Apr.
Sadly, apart from the temporary price matching there is no upgrade deal for FSX owners.
