Any idea what the filesizes are like for the ps3 updates? I don't really want to be spending Friday night staring at a progress bar :rolleyes:

edit - a quick Google reveals that the last updates clocked in at around 100mb, so not too terrifying (depending on the speed of the service I suppose)

Think you can download updates on your pc first and update via usb stick. I think i may download it on thursday when its released! More play time

Never understood it myself because of having one of everything would be great for us, if there was only one console, games would be sloppy.

a typical 28 poster "thug" comment, lol - i didn't buy my ps3 to beat my 360 but to play the games that won't ever be released on the 360, the 360 will be my main machine but along with my Wii and Ps3 i can play all them exclusives

That is the one I registered with and I have an email saying my username is rp2000. I assume it is like xbox live in that there is just 1 username? people are talking about multiple different playstation stores based on region which is confusing me.

GT demo is free unless it aint on the UK store.

It has now been confirmed that resistance is going to be the first game of Sony's to set up worldwide servers. So EU can play US can play Asia WOOHOOO

Anyone know if the PS2 to PS3 memory card adaptor is going to be available at launch? I had a look online and the only one i can find is not out until middle of april.
