I would say A tier. No way near S tier for me.

If it was released as £15 DLC for RE2 everyone would rave about it.
It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t a full game.
All they had to do was copy the original and add to it. Make Nemisis more dynamic where he pops out more randomly which would help with replay value.
Just the above would make it A tier easily. What they went with was a lazy cheaped out approach.

I loved this game when it came out on the Dreamcast. I think it would be too slow for me now. Hopefully they'll change some things up to help with the pacing.

Completely agree.. I do however have faith in the RE:Code Veronica remake.
I do think they will alter the story because of a particular aspect that would be considered problematic by a certain vocal minority of society.
