Someone else bought one but sent it back because they didn't wait for the leather to stretch and it was turning their phone on when sliding it out of the case. This happens on ALL of them for the first few attempts until the leather loosens up. Apart from that I've only heard good things from people who own it. If you want a leather pouch style case with no extra bulk, you'll be happy with this.
Anyway. I like the smell of leather and can appreciate quality craftsmanship..
Dropped my phone last night, luckily indoors on carpet, and I had the genuine mesh case on. Phone is obviously fine, but it got me worried really that the mesh case "popped" off when it hit the floor, leaving me to think that if this happened on the pavement my phone would be badly scraped up.
What's others opinions on this? I'm actually thinking of getting the case mate tough now based on this, thoughts?
This was my concern, I dropped it on laminate floor and it pinged off. in fact the case itself was damaged so I'm going to have to buy a new one anyway.
I've finally had to accept the fact that my phone is faulty - it's been restarting from day one which isn't normal. Replacement hopefully next week.
