I just called him and asked him about some of the more detailed specs. He said the processor is a quad core exynos (spelling?) 4412. The screen is Super Amoled Plus with HD. The camera is a 12 megapixel with flash. 2 gigs of ram. And it is exactly 8 millimeters thick, and no bump this time around, just "smooth". 2250 milla-amp/hour battery, but no wireless charging.

Wireless charging could have really been something to set the phone apart from the competition, in addition to the specs.

It would be great to be able to have the phone mounted in the car and charging without wires trailing across.

The 5250 is unlikely to be in any phones this year.

The T-604 is suppose to be fairly similar in performance to the SGX543. If they go with 4 core GPU, like in the Mali400, then it should be about on par with the GPU in the new iPad. But as this is the SGSIII thread it should be pointed out that the most likely GPU is the same one in the SGSII but clocked some 50% higher.

Not much wrong with that? It's similar to the HTC One X, but the S III will consume less power due to the amoled screen.
