I'd rather they drop the headphones and offer better trade in values like with Note 9.
Any of you guys pre-ordering direct from samsung know if the buds are auto included with the order or if you have to do something extra after?
Someones just mentioned to me about logging into the account and its under bonuses and you need to request them in there.

Wanted to trade in my note 9 but they accept upto S9+
Hoping to sell it for about £520
Is there any reason you couldn't use a US version here? It appears to support the UK LTE bands from what I can see.Europe only gets the Exynos on Samsung phones.
Had a US S7 Active, worked fine on all networks for 4G. Only problem I had was that I didn't get any OTA updates, which was quite annoying. If you have this problem and can be bothered you could always dig around for the updates and do them manually. I'll stick to the worldwide/European model from now on though. Is there any reason you couldn't use a US version here? It appears to support the UK LTE bands from what I can see.
Has anyone else purchased via samsung direct?
I have an order confirmation but it doesn't say anything about the buds on it, is this the same for anyone else?
Pretty much anyone buying an S10 will get the buds. You have to register on the phone in the app when you receive it. So I imagine no one will be getting buds until Mid/Late March.Has anyone else purchased via samsung direct?

Still have not made a decision. Weighing up the pro's and cons of the upgrade programme as it works out at £22 a month after trade in.
S9 to the S10+ is the jump I would be making. Is it worth an additional £22 a month upgrade on the S9?
