Might be abit controversial this but why order the custom ones if it means you have to wait longer for it, when you could just buy one of the standard colours get it day one or earlier, then just stick a skin on the back of it job done. :)
 
Probably because some of us wanted exclusive colours because they look cooler and the frame is matte black and S-Pen is colour matched :p A few weeks extra is no big deal tbh.

I ordered a standard colour green model on the 11th. Samsung say it might ship by the 11th March (after delaying on the 25th), but if you push them they actually say that have no idea when they can fulfill the orders. I'd probably get mine earlier if I'd taken an exclusive colour!
 
Anyone who pre ordered on upgrade program, but did not receive returns pack for previous phone in the S22 delivery, actually receive their upgrade pack separately yet?

I have used the upgrade program a few times and generally you receive the trade in/ upgrade device return pack within a few days of receiving your new phone, only once I waited longer than this which was a delay on their side.
 
Anyone else having major scrolling lag?. My s22 ultra has terrible lag and very choppy scrolling in most apps. I'm coming to the point where I'm seriously thinking of returning the phone. I bought direct from Samsung how do they handle exchanges?
 
Which s22 ultra do you have?
My pre-order is still due in a couple of weeks, but every new day brings more complaints aimed at the Exynos S22 Ultra. The serious one for me is the GPS issue, as I need to use navigation continuously through my working day, constantly rebooting the phone just isn't practical.
I'm in two minds whether I should cancel my pre-order. :(

Got my phone on 21st

I did get some email or text about trade in pack on/around Friday 25th I think (when my phone was originally going to arrive) so will give it a few more days

Nope mine fine, did you use smart switch by any chance?
 
Mine did, along with lock screen/finger print glitch ( horizontal line ). Are you running WQHD+ and natural by any chance. Change one of the settings and see if the scrolling improves.

Mine improved but it's still not buttery smooth as I'd like.

'We're customizing your Galaxy Fold'
Your Galaxy S22 Ultra is being made

Were putting your order together now, but please allow up to 3 weeks for it to arrive. Well send you an email as soon as its been shipped.

So what is it, a Fold or an S22 Ultra lol
