They still put their name on the front & back when there is no need >_<

One thing that annoyed me with the S2 was seeing that on the front all the time! Love the N4 because of its bare front :p

Plus it has been confirmed to just be fan art :(

I think it is pretty much guaranteed that the design will be very similar to the GS 3 i.e. hard home button (sad panda :(), glossy plastic (sad panda again :p :() Only thing I can see them changing is the colour choice and perhaps making the corners a bit less curvy and an even thinner bezel at the top and bottom.

We won't know the final design until the day it is announced. Might get an idea as to the shape and outline of things from the accessories a few weeks before though i.e. cases

Also, remember that they are trying to avoid certain designs so that apple can't sue them :o :p

Who knows, maybe Samsung could surprise us big time and come out with a superb design, even beating HTC's and sony's design!

I have never been an iphone fan either, in fact, not an apple fan at all! :p

I just knew that the iphone 5 was not going to be anything ground breaking/new, more or less the same thing again unfortunately, shame. I had hoped that some of the renders that we seen a good few months would be what the iphone 5 would have looked like though!

I don't think Samsung will move away from their, what shall we call it... curvy plastic nature theme...

While Apple didn't overhaul the iPhone much design wise, the 5 still looks and feels awesome, most phones don't. :(
 
I wonder if they will come up with a better slogan this time too, "designed for humans" :D :o :p

Maybe this time it will be, "designed by humans for humans" :p
 
All that needs to change from the S3 is to square up a little (keep the ergonomic edges and back) - and redsighn the area under the screen - the home button and that space just look wrong - reduce the space and make it look cooler - I don't mind keeping the home button as long as they make it look classy.

I'd rather have capacitive buttons that dissapear fully.

the S3 feels great in the hand so the ergo is very good. Just needs more class.

haha yeah seen that too and damn once again, LG copying Samsung :o :rolleyes:

Seriously can the majority of companies not come up with their own designs these days...... Turning out just like the majority of FPS shooters now, all copy COD.


Looks very nice spec wise though, shame about their terrible support. Software is pretty good, again copy Samsung in this department though....
 
I don't think it's even a protectable design now.. the whole prior artwork thing from the samsung apple trial sort of said that to me. Basically apple claimed they'd changed phone design which is at least arguably true. Since then they've all been rectangles of some description and there's only so far you can change that.
