*** The Official Samsung Galaxy S6/Edge Thread ***

I like the look of the s6 I have to say. But it will need to drop in price a fair bit to tempt me. Way overpriced at the moment. Will take another look at prices in 6 months I think.

When you say t-mobile branded, what exactly is branded? There is no mention of any particular network on the s6 non edge 64gb I ordered from DE.

So I don't want a nasty t-mobile logo on it!
 
I might just go with the M9 this time around, I'm impatient and the display resolution may actually be better suited to gaming which is what I use my phone for usually.

Also they're at least included an sdcard slot and battery life is fairly good.

Its for us that ordered the 32gb off the DE site. Because of the delay they offered us 30 euros off and the option of taking a S6 Edge with TMobile branding which would have pre-installed apps and Tmobile splash image on boot.


Don't thing the 64GB Edge people got any offer.
 
Mines arrived. It's lovely to use. No t mobile branding but does come with euro plug.

There are some defects on the screen unfortunately.

Will update in a bit once I've had a play

If you get a chance could you take a photo of the plug. Want to get a low footprint adaptor but theresare lots of varieties depending on the the euro plug.

Shame about your defects.
 
there are some very small bubble between the rear camera and the flash. you can only see them when in direct sunlight but when you pay £600 i expect it to be perfect.

will get a pic of the charger.
 
Popped into a Carphone warhouse earlier to ask about Edge stock out of curiosity. The person in there reckoned there is no chance of getting any model of Edge in the UK before May 10th.:confused:

When I spoke to O2 about a 64gb black edge they initially wanted £45 a month and some money for the phone.. I spoke to retentions and said I wanted to pay around £30 and they came straight back and said I can have it for that and the phone is free.

This is on a 7 phone business contract mind and I upgraded one of the sim only contracts we have which we were previously paying £11.00 for.. So it's only really £20 a month more.

Unlimited texts, unlimited calls and 4gb of data too
