*** The Official Samsung Galaxy S6/Edge Thread ***

It does feel like Qualcomm are sweating a little; they seem quick and a touch aggressive regarding any announcement about the Exynos with they PR bulletins.

Yeah but the S6 is Samsung's own SOC and runs circles around the competition flagship from Qualcomm. That alone has £££ written all over it!

Since when has holding a certain high end market resulted in a cheaper price? Competition drives the price down, not a short term monopoly in that specific high end area!

Samsung are not going to price themselves out of the current market with a silly price and they're not going to pitch their latest phone at a higher price than the Note 4 flagship model.

Given their losses in the mobile market I would still expect the price to be around the same as that of the S5 at launch.

G Flex2 review is up, 810 heating/throttling issues are present though hopefully a future update will fix this.

Our impression is that the LG G Flex2 got really warm while running a game, or even a benchmark app, for that matter. We also noticed, that when running benchmarks, its performance dropped after the first run, suggesting there is some sort of CPU performance throttling taking place when the temperature rises. The performance penalty amounted to about 20% and it restored back to normal only after the phone had the chance to cool off.

The Note 4 isn't a big step up from the Note 3 compared what the S6 will be over the S5. Likewise the S5 wasn't a big step up from the S4. For all intents and purposes the S6 looks set to be a better phone than the Note 4 in almost all areas and should be priced as such.

Really hope it doesn't look like the S5, they seems to have a few nice things put together right now, and the S810 being sucky will surely help, still don't get why they need 8 cores.
