*** The Official Samsung Galaxy S6/Edge Thread ***

Regarding the home button, nothing happens when I press the left edge and coming in a bit towards the centre. Near the centre it then responds. But right side has no blind spots, responds fine, right to the edge. Is this normal?

I'll pop into EE tomorrow and see what they say. If it needs fixing I don't mind using my S2 for a while. It's a very negligible issue but I have found myself pressing it and sometimes nothing responding until I move my finger more central.
 
Wow, I'm glad konicky pointed out about the home button. On further inspection by
putting the phone to my ear and tapping the home button, the right side is solid but I can hear the left side (which doesn't work) IS loose. So no wonder it doesn't work on the left. Definitely gonna insist on a replacement. It's just like this

edit: so I've just read on XDA that apparently samsung only replace with refurbed units. Can anyone confirm? That's crap if true and I might as well stick with this one.

Thanks for the help but this could be browser specific?

If I follow your instructions and click on the S6 in the basket, I'm back at the S6 product page with the radio button highlighting 'Phone with Contract'.

Which browser are you using?

Edit: Tried with Safari & Chrome, both yield the same result.


By the way, I got an offer on the seller currently selling for the lowest price on Amazon and was offered £409. Would like to get it down by another £10 if poss!

Fantastic, cheers! Yeah, the mobile site is definitely needed. I tried again on the desktop and the link still points back to the generic 'phone with contract' but your link is perfect!
 
Just got my samsung 6 edge, lovely phone, but after 5 days it died, Wont power on or nothing. Just randomly at work looked at my phone and it was off, it had about 80% power at the time, anybody had this issue?
 
So I went through Bespoke deals, was offered £409, then TCB 15.75% cashback and had £63.63 tracked, taking it down to £345.37 and then as a newcomer to TCB will track another 5% off that! :o:D

That's pretty incredible. Probably worth sticking up on hotukdeals?
 
Think i might go for the above deal and sell my S5, wanted the Edge but seeing things going wrong is putting me off never mind the extra outlay.
 
Been offered a 32gb Gold, £300 from a person near by. Are the S6 on o2 easy to unlock? And isit worth the upgrade from an S5.. Realistically I could get £200 for my S5. £100 on top doesn't sound bad.
 
Ugh, typical this deal comes up straight after I buy one :(

Makes my £480 s6 from am.de look a bad deal.

Oh well, I'm pleased with the phone and mine seems defect free with perfect screen and decent battery life.
