I couldn't see anything about the 800Mhz, but the download has really boosted my battery life.

I could go to bed with 100% full charge on my edge & by morning it was down to 87%, but with the download I now wake up with 94% & it lasts longer during a full days of use, will try & post screens hots if I remember/find the time.

S6 has a better screen plus the edge has its edge, is slightly smaller in two dimensions, has more RAM, has wireless charging, has a better processor, has IR and has better camera.

Nexus has bigger battery, is slightly lighter, has a slightly bigger screen, has Android 6.0 already, is cheaper and has a USB type C connector (could be bad cos it means all new cables I guess).

Both are/will be great devices with similar real world performance. You won't be disappointed with either, but I'd say the S6 is superior.

Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy Note5, Galaxy Note Edge, Galaxy S5, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy S6 edge+

One would hope that it is before year end but you can never tell with Samsung.
 
Anyone noticed a bit of a slow down when unlocking your device with your fingerprint? Freezes for a second or 2 then unlocks.
 
Quick software/app question, does anyone use or have anti virus on their phones? When I first got my S4 2 years ago a friend set it up for me and threw AVG one, out of habit I did the same when I got my S6, any real use to it? Or any other AV that people use if it is needed?

No, don't use anything.

Although the S6 has McAfee built in.
 
Just about to pull the trigger on the S6 Edge or Edge +

Does anyone know if the Virgin Tivo app works? Also the Sky sports app as I want the footy on the go.

If you're thinking between the 2, always get the "better" one to avoid annoyance over it later! Get the Edge+ if you can!

Sky Go app works just fine can't say I've used the Virgin TiVo app, though.

I have the TIVO app and it works insofar as I can use it to view the tv schedule and record programs etc, but I've never used it to try to access my recordings and view them on my phone.
 
How do you set S health so it shows the numbers of footsteps you have taken on the lock screen?

I've had a look in the settings but can't find anything.
