Not too fussed tbh. They've got everything else right, and have listened to their customers. At least it has some sort of fast charging in the first place. I'm happy with that.

Tbh. It'll probably be patched in at a later date. If it can be. I can't believe Samsung leaving it out completely.

Pffft! Why wouldn't you want 80% charge in half hr vs 50%. I currently have QC2.0 and its just super convenient.

I hope there's been some misunderstanding. It's unlike Samsung to not have the latest and greatest.

OMG do I love the charge time on the 6p I think a Full charge from 1% was stated at 1hour 6mins. I think its maybe 30mins too 70% or so thats enough too last a day on typically usage.

They also say

On the other hand, the lack of a QuickCharge 3.0 badge on Samsung's phones doesn't necessarily mean that the S7 and S7 edge won't charge equally fast - after all, the Koreans have had a similar (and compatible) solution to Qualcomm's for past generations of Exynos-powered devices, and chargers have been interchangeable between the differently specced versions.

Just have to wait and see I guess.

Yeah that's what I was holding out for, 24months 0% on the S7.
But 12 months 0% will do too.

Quite confident it will. Samsung have had a adaptive fast charging for a while now and it's been on par with QC2.0. No reason for it to change on the latest versions now.

Agreed qc2 or whatever Sammie use is plenty fast on my s6, which is exynos and also agree I love fast charge.
