**** The Official Samsung Galaxy S7/Edge Thread ****

Credit score is just a number based on factors the company you use for the score thinks are relevant.

There could be parts of your credit file which PP credit has rules in to ignore or treat negatively. While these might be overall positive factors, could just be PP credit doesn't like them.

For example maybe PP credit wants people who just pay the minimum monthly payments or never clear the balance. While it's always a positive to us to clear the balance and avoid interest, it doesn't make much profit.

I'm just theorizing though.

Interest free offer though, they want those paid off quick smart.

I have a credit expert account it literally could not be cleaner, never missed a payment in 20 years, not even by accident!

Do you have 2 factor authentication turned on within your Paypal account? Apparently that can cause issues with Paypal Credit.

Free delivery. Expected 8th March.

Complimentary Gear VR.

Says on the site get it 3 days early, so I would think it will be sent for the 8th.

+1 hence why i was asking.

3 days early would be the 8th but they saying ship on the 8th

well read what it says.
Ships on the 8th as next day. So that would mean the 9th.
Its not rocket science.

He doesn't really seem to think things through before posting.

so rude, no need for that. i had a reason for asking... but hay i guess thats how some people are these days, can't give a simple answer without being cocky or rude

I cracked and ordered an S7 Edge in black from Vodafone! I actually preferred the gold but it's a bit 'blingy'. The black will no doubt be a fingerprint magnet, sadly. The handset was free on a 12 month contract with a crappy (but sufficient for me) 2Gb data allowance. £54 a month before my 30% discount. I have to wait until the 14th though before I get delivery.

I also caved...used the Paypal 0% interest to buy it outright, which means I get to keep my Three SIM-only contract (£15 a month for unlimited 4G data, couldn't justify giving that up just to get it on contract and save a few pennies initially).

Anyone here bought using the upgrade programme? I've been hovering over the buy button now for a few days...have a note 4 which I love, and wondering whether or not to hold out for note 6....

I've cancelled my preorder after having a play with s7 edge prefer larger screens on the Notes ....so waiting on Note 6 ;) (fingers crossed)

Checked my mobilephonesdirect order just now and it says: "Order is about to be sent to warehouse for despatch" and when I click on more info it says "Your order is about to be sent to our warehouse and you should expect your order to be despatched today for free next working day delivery . We will send you an email as soon as your product has been despatched, or keep checking your order tracker for updated order information."

Know this is probably just the standard status but I shall live in hope lol.

But terrific customer service. Amazon is the only choice for me. I've not experienced returns direct with Samsung but I know with Amazon there won't be any nonsense about repairs etc normally a quick refund or exchange. Worth it to me

Same here... Amazon over free VR any day.

Me too. Their stellar service is second to none. Absolutely love Amazon and won't usually shop anywhere else.

Had an out of the box fault with a phone from handtec once, got a prompt email saying I need to go back to the manufacturer and organise repair. Ridiculous.

That's why I only use amazon :D
