response from samsung re shipping galaxy s7 uk

this is the response i got from samsung when i asked them regarding shipping and status. looks like they are over loaded with order and are going back on their word regarding all pre order received by 8th march.


"Thank you for contacting the Samsung Online Shop.

Due to the large demand and quantity of orders, we cannot provide a definite date for now. We apologize for that. Once the shipping starts on the 7th-8th of March(this period may prolong), you will receive an e-mail when your order is dispatched, this e-mail will contain the tracking for your parcel, use it to track with greater detail the delivery process and status of the order.

The 'Not processed' status is typical for the pre-orders and all of them are set to this status. The actual processing will start from the 8th.

Also the free Gear VRs are noted on our system and they should be shipped and delivered alongside your order.

To summarize all pre-orders for the Samsung S7 will be initialized around the 8th of March.

If you require any further information on this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us back.

I got that exact email yesterday when I asked about it.
 
yeah im sure samsung are doing overtime during the weekend, as the status of my phone has just changed from "pre order now", to "in stock"

you can do it Sammy!
 
My order with samsung is showing as 'This order is being processed' hopefully see it next week, looking forward to getting a glimpse of what vr is about.
