Think most will say this, they will be sending them out and last of all update the online, well no point having staff in for overtime thats not needed, main people needed are shipping, website update can wait.

I am off tomorrow so it will be VR unit, no way will I get it on day off, no such luck lol

I think it's safe to say Samsung's online order processing system is absolutely crap and cannot be relied upon for any concrete information.

If you type your order number and email address into Expansys tracking page (Expansys runs the Samsung online store) you'll see that it has probably been shipped.

Mine says it has. But then it contradicts itself by saying remaining to be shipped and shows the phone and the VR headset.

Just tried it and got exactly the same thing.

Also it has just dawned on me that as my current phone is away for repair, I won't know if Parcelforce are due to deliver...I also don't appear to have a Samsung account as I paid for the phone using Paypal credit. Have updated my contact number to my temporary number on Paypal in the hope that that is where Parcelforce will get the number from!

I think the order tracking does make sense. I have a feeling it is the Gear VR that has been shipped and not the S7/S7 Edge.

The fact it says All Items in this order have been shipped, I would think its both if this update is true.

Mine also says all items have been shipped, although I didn't receive a text from Parcelforce.

I was wondering if it was more to do with delivery destination.
I assume they will get collected from Samsungs storage depot and transported to the main parcelforce distribution hub(Coventry i think) and then transported to the local delivery depots and then to us. Maybe some delivery depots will receive them tomorrow in time to make same day deliveries and some won't be able to deliver until the following day.

this would imply that parcel force have them but they will send us a sms tomorrow to say they will arrive on the 8th.

(or this is what i'm hoping)
