That 3 times they have had burn through on the right front flap.

I guess it's not an issue as v2 flaps are in a different location but it's interesting to see that.

Yeah seems like an inherent design flaw of the current gen. They effectively put a bandaid on it with extra tiles etc. The new design is significantly different, a lot more swept back.
They can't afford any burn through at all for the model they intend to fly proper, I'm confident that the redesign will mitigate that issue. Looks cooler too!

Anyone on here use a decent free iSO satellite trackers?

I saw some, odd, things in the sky last night that didn't look likes planes....
Presuming they were satellites...

What time and date? If it was in the evening, 5-6pm it could have been the starlink satellite train from the recent launch?

I did think Starlink, but there were only 2, flashing, travelling West to East, then about 5 minutes later, 2 more but going North to South...

I have seen Starlink before and there were more of them and they were traveling faster than whatever this was and appeared to be bigger, and having an W/S pair and then a N/S pair also made me think it wasn't Starlink..

I looked on flight radar and there was nothing, so thought satellite, rather than I was being watched by the Russians or the CCP...

FWIW, it was just before 8pm last night, in Barrow upon Soar if there's a way to see what was floating about last night...
