This is what I'm getting all the time after multiple driver reinstalls...same bug all the time, sky boxes and shadows causing issues everywhere. Can't figure it out, been like 2 hours faffing around with this. It was absolutely fine the game when streaming earlier for 4 hours. Was using an older studio driver then, but updated to the 537.13 for the better performance yet just completely borked my game. Just taken with a phone quickly so apologies for the quality. The one at the top is the exact same save, with the sun in the same position when it was working earlier.

Is it possible the GPU is overheating?
not a chance at 53c. No overclocks on it or nothing, always been set to 90 power limit too. It was fine for 4 hours earlier before updating the driver to the latest and doing the DLSS fix. Since then nothing but issues, but weirdly even reinstalling the game, reinstalling the driver multiple times, and not even using that DLSS fix, this weird bug keeps coming back now. Doing my bloody nut in.

Reading all the criticisms of starfield is putting me off. To get a straight answer it does seem like I have to play it, though I keep discovering negatives e.g I just found out HDR doesn't work on a game that costs £86 and took 7 odd years to develop?
I think the amount of criticism here is probably overstated, there is just a lot of focus on the negatives, which is natural really.

The lack of HDR is very poor, and I was disappointed with this when I first fired it up, as well as being unhappy with how washed out it looked. Then I started playing the game, forgot about all of that, and just enjoyed it.

Roll back the driver to the good one?

Weird, lots of users in here with same drivers. Not a scooby doo
neither do i. Just finished reinstalling again on another drive this time. Loaded up a save and the same bloody thing. Going to try a new game although cant see that doing anything as its the same issue across all my save games. If that fails roll back to the previous studio driver I guess. So annoying this tonight, kinda upsetting a bit.

Have you tried underclocking your vram even if it's stock? You can get issues exactly like that with bad vram although it's more frequently game/driver.

I've not no, card is completely stock. Was fine for 4 or 5 hours earlier, no issue what so ever. And not seen anything like that in any other game. All started after updating driver. Now it feels like it's baked in somehow. Just don't know what else to do now. Everything I try, even the things that don't make much sense isn't fixing. Been trying now since 7pm

Have you used that tool to completely uninstall GPU drivers and done fresh install of latest?
