***The Official Starfield Thread*** (As endorsed by TNA)

Well it looks like I'll be modding tonight. Better UI, DLSS (although I'm not sure how much difference that makes), remove the green/gray filter, 120fps menus and better inventory. It's like Skyrim all over again :D

As much as I'm enjoying myself, I cringe every time I use the "persuasion" system. It's just absolute nonsense. Turns conversations into this crazy game that has no bearing on what you're actually trying to talk them out of/into most of the time.
I just don't bother. If I need some sort of info by doing it I just move on. I really can't be arsed with playing a mini fake persuasion game. If I get the chance I'll just shoot them in the face instead.

It's ok I suppose. I think I would have enjoyed it more had they used Fallout 3 stat system and improved upon that. Nice and simple and worked.

I had so much fun finding bobble heads and magazines etc. Plus setting up your character is fun. In Starfield it is meh.

I'll have to get some media of the guns I've got, most are gold or purple, they're effective to say the least :D

When i wasn't getting good drops i opted to resource hunt instead and modify the ones i have. I've basically made them insanely powerful . I think one of the things im missing is the explosive rounds which im looking to get next but its locked behind Weapons engineering 3.

Bobble heads kinda of exist in the magazines that give tiny buffs. The mags are far harder to notice and just no where near as cool though than the iconic falloutboy. I've also not seen a display for them, not showing them off at the base is a shame. It just doesn't have the same grab that fallout has I think.

Explosive rounds in zero gravity will be amazing, I'll keep an eye out for that!

Unless rocket launchers in this game exist, in which case...hello only weapon lol.

One of the magazine upgrades for ballistic weapons is explosive rounds! I'm gonna try and unlock it tonight, it sounds like it will be so OP.

Probably something that will establish itself if the game is a success.

I got a gun with "White Hot" as its trait, sets the target on fire and that one was seriously OP, was dropping mobs 20 levels higher than me on Very Hard with ease with it. Til I ran out of ammo.

If I use a weapon/armour bench does it ‘share’ resources with what I have onboard my ship, or only what I have in my inventory? I never seem to have any resources available
