StarUI fixes inventory for pc but doesn't help with the rest of the ui.

I still hate the surface map with how it's only topographic, especially in cities it's rubbish.

He was the one who reminded me. I did know about it but completely forgot as it was so long ago I read about it.

Hopefully it will be very good. Looking forward to it :D
 
I never actually finished fallout 4 because I got bored of it which is weird considering I love the other games. The part of that was I think because some stuff was hidden and required power armour to get it and I cba with all that.

I set mine up so I have 1 small storage in the centre of the extractors / resource generators linked to all of them, then link that small to a mass storage wall, then link one small storage beside the landing pad. This gives me a line of storage units beside the landing pad that has each resource funnaling into it for easy access. This was the best I could come up with but still fails due to how basic cargo links are. There's no way to split cargo coming from one transfer hub, it's all or nothing. Transferring 3 resources from one outpost to another, there's no way to split those 3 on the incoming side into separate storage.

Yeah I know its far from ideal, you have to try and remember where you kept everything if you are not using it to build locally.

Also chaining all the outposts and trying to remember what is going where can be fun, I think the next outpost I build I will try and organise the buildings in a more logical order, even if it looks ugly.

You gotta be quite careful and logical about how you set it all up, to be honest borderline spreadsheet needed.
 
Well, I got my fighter ship which is really good in combat, but wanted one to lug all my stuff around for building new outposts. This should do it.

Agreed. It's fine with deserted areas on planets or the actual system but after that I just pretend there's nothing more zoomed in and navigate by scanner. Not sure how they get it so wrong here yet so right before.
 
think I've done about 2/3 of faction missions. Not sure if I should do a complete playthrough on NG then play with NG+ or save some for NG+ runs
 
45 hours in and i think im done with it.
Worst performing game of thousands i have on pc for gfx that are nothing special, sloppy lazy from the devs clearly no optimizations done.
Love the setting , combat is very good story pretty good too but thats about it.
Everything was good for the first time after that it has no lasting appeal whatsoever to me.
7/10 for i suppose.
