when you drive on the section of road that they are on
 
God this is infuriating!

I keep the 80k bonus pretty much all the way then smack into a van which just pulls out then onto the gravel!

Argh! :(

Is it even possible to do these missions without crashing??
 
Sadly you were right. Had to recreate a GamespyID to get back online - still was only at expert since I was buying UK cars and mapping the roads on my bikes...

did it actually say corrupted? or did you load up and got no profile? did you have a crash before profile disappeared as there is way to get it back depending on what occured

I'm all ears...loaded up with no profile. All profile folders are the same size too.

I don't remember it saying corrupted, but it obviously happened on Sunday last when the GamespyID's went wobbly. Logged back on when the GamespyID site was back, but it kept saying TDU servers unavailable and I couldn't check the grey box to make it online. Had been using my offline profile/ID when we couldn't connect. Crashes daily but never had problems before after rebooting my system....

The new ID I created is flawless so far...till the next glitch no doubt. But I don't have time to play much, so this one only has a ninja, DB9, Mustang, and an Alfa so far.
 
Been playing this morning and must say im quite enjoying TDU. Its just simple enough not to concentrate all the time (like i might have to in a sim e.g. LFS) but has the odd challenge (like delivery missions or time trial in a pants car) to keep me interested. Its the first game where i've thought "I want to complete it".

basically i had similar event,while playing it crashed and it produced some sort of error code,when i restarted the game i went into as normal but had no profile,
so i went into my save game's folder and saw that i had a seperate file next to it (error report).
i deleted the error report and went back into the game and was able to play my previous profile, exit your garage and click on a another house etc and then rezone back into your house (this overwrite your previous save with newer save point) quit and reboot. providing you havn't rewritten/deleted over your previous save profile it should be salvagable, just go into my document's and TDU save folder see if your original profile is still there.i now have downloaded and installed the protecter just incase it happen's again :D .
only thing bugging me at the mo is that i carn't play my mp3's for some reason have added them into radio folder but only play's the original mp3's
