WWDC lasts all week, the main keynote is around 2 hours which will cover new hardware software. The rest of the week is for developers to get involved in one to one time with Apple engineers, attend seminars on various technologies and socialise with fellow devs. As far as I'm aware developer orientated information on new API's etc that are shown during the main keynote begins as soon as after lunch today - that's when you see slides with source code.

Yes but nothing new is introduced. Everything new and worth hearing about is within 2 hours tonight. Always has always will

TBH If they do a customizable lock screen that would be enough for me. That an iPhone 5 of course

It will be quite a bit more than that, proper lock screen notifications, an overhauled notification system, possible widgets (this will be interesting, prepare for iWidge!) etc

If they surprise everyone with an iPhone 5, I will wee myself a little bit. Expecting nothing though, so I can't be disappointed if it's just software/Time Capsule/Airports.

Hmmm could be iPhone 5 as I cant see anything else being as important to justify the secrecy?

Or possibly an 'available now' for Lion or iOS5?
