Safety Check, Sweet!
Safety Check, Sweet!
Real good feature, they do seem to do these small features that the majority of people may not never use nor need really well.
Wonder how long it'll take manufacturers to export engine rpm data etc to Apple CarPlay looks cool though.
Perhaps. I feel like Hyundai (for example) wouldn't let CarPlay take over my "main" dashboard display behind the wheel. Surely allowing the phone to project to the infotainment in the centre console is enough for them.As soon as the devs learn it I guess. It's all about the devs knowing how it all works and how to tie it in with apple api e.t.c
My home automation is a mess, I really need to look into Home and sort it all out.The Home changes look interesting, I just hope they don't break complicated shortcuts/automations already configured.
There’s another Creg
Polestar uses built- in Android Automotive and it's very good. I see they were one of the manufacturers noted in the Apple WWDC event for CarPlay too. This new carplay looks very very good... I dont think any car manufacturers can make anything this good
On an XS too and feel the same man.Feeling like it will be a good year to upgrade from my XS
Considering not all owners will have iPhones, or even bother pairing a phone, it'll be interesting to see how many manufacturers burn time and money implementing this new Carplay when they still need to dev their own system(s).Wonder how long it'll take manufacturers to export engine rpm data etc to Apple CarPlay looks cool though.
