I get that as well, I see the big daddies all the time but no bloody little sister, it's driving me mad :(.

I can never actually find the sisters, I followed a daddie around for 45 minutes last night, no luck.
 
whats the total play time of this game, just wondering what my £25 is going to buy me, another HL2 sort of 12-15 hours game time?

love the graphics and everything but the way they make the games so short :( is there any online, multiplayer ? i would google it but surfcontrol at work blocks anything game related :)

I've found that if you are too close (or in line of sight) the little sisters won't come out. Try getting out of LOS, you can hear the little sisters talking to the big daddies when they get out anyway.
 
Whats lame is when you see a big daddy and a little sister, kill the big dady, then find that the little sister has vanished.

Gameplay can range from 8hrs to 20 hrs dependant on whether you search every corner of the game and listen to the diarys or not.
 
Once you have killed a big daddy and dealt with the little sister then the big daddy will respawn later but without the litlle sister - thats why you are seeing them walking around on their own. either that or the one you are watching is on it's way to a vent to get it's little sister.

If you see one knocking at a vent and nothing comes out , you have already killed the little sister that goes with that big daddy. At least that my experience of them.

Thing is when I look to see how many are left, it reports all 3 for the area, I just can't find them :(.

Are splicers still in each area when you go back?.

Thing is the two I'm following now, I haven't been to these parts of the level yet so I know they should be there, I'll try the avoiding being in their LOS thing
 
You can get Big Daddies on their own, before you've killed them once... If you see what I'm saying. They'll eventually, in my experience anyway, wander up to a vent and extract a little sister, then you can kill the big daddy and save/harvest the little girl.

I've tried reading the official forums but it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.

I've had no problems with the game (apart from low frame rate coz v-sync was on) but I've completed the bit for the crazy artist and so go to leave for hephaestus, it starts loading but then it always crashes :(

I really want to continue with the game, has anyone come across a fix?

i just wince how consoly the PC version is and what to keep any eye on whether any modders are going to sort it.

Have u oc'ed your gfx at all? if so try dropping it back a bit. Also make sure your using the 163.44 drivers.
 
Hey, just a quick question. Any ideas on how the game will run on my system (see sig), bear in mind im not running in SLi at the moment. I've seen the system requirements but i don't trust them after STALKER played rubbishly on my PC.

I'm using a 7800GT card in Bioshock at 1680x1050 settings,runs smooth as silk ,I did turn down some options like like real time reflections,shadow maps.

The rest of his system included 4GB ram and X2 3800+.
If this guy is telling the truth u should be fine.
 
How many little sisters did you lot get in Neptunes Bounty? It says theres only 3, but I have harvested 4 so far, and it added a new harvested little sister icon in the pause menu. When I go to leave neptunes bounty it tells me I havent got all little sisters yet? Ive been following all big daddies around for ages as they knock on vents, but nothing... must be a bug right?
