Sorry to disappoint you but if they are clever enough to stagger the release date on STEAM , don't you think they are smart enough to either have the server look at your IP address and see if its european or even have the game executable report to the server which version it is euro or north america.

Yearly I doubt I will be renewing my subscription though. , it's pointless bar the limited betas/demos. I can download everything else off other sites faster
