Its an image I have in my folder from a tutorial I found sometime ago.

From memory , something like - Difference Clouds / wind distort / then rotate canvas 90 degrees/ then ?? i forget.

I take no kudos for this one , its someone else's tutorial that created it.

Google for Photoshop Tutorials ( there are 1000's ) and practise away , thats what i do.

Its look fine , albeit a bit dark maybe ?

Just had a go , Moved pic up a touch so you can see the "P" in Punx on the hand , slightly differnt background noise and different font.
The red colour is sampled from a Rancid , and out come the wolves image .

Where it has Opteron 146@ 3Ghz ,would it be possible to change it to X2 4400+

The only thing that really needed changing IMO was just moving the picture up to show the "P" in punx , which you've done.
