You will need to create a separate image to make it click able;
If I wanted my camera to become a link then I would have to create that as a new image. and then your [ URL=" "] [/URL ] tags surrounding that.

If you drag your mouse over then you can see there are 3 different images here, one of which is clickable;

Edit: Fail, hmmm I guess you can't do that, but you can sit two images ontop of each other like this;

You can either make the whole image clickable by simply using URL tags

eg.

[*url=http://forums.overclockers.co.uk][*img]http://www.moon-recording.com/Images/maccy20.jpg[/img][/url] (without the *)

Otherwise, you'll be needing to slice your image into separate hyperlinks. Follow this tutorial, it should guide you through the necessary steps:
