No, the answer was go on twitter and see Elon trending, look at the tweets... or as I literally replied to you, type in Elon into the search bar and you'd see that the "Top" tweets according to twitter were mostly people doing just that, there were loads of them

Anyway since various people are bizarrely trying to act like it didn't happen or pretend it was just some accounts with 5 replies here are a few from the "Top" tweets section:

This was the top tweet at the time, by an anonymous transgender Marxist:


85k followers, 85k likes, 3k+ quote tweets

are a few more of the top tweets, there were loads of them...

This blue checkmark account with 100K+ followers didn't get much traction with their attempts, but they did try a bunch of times:


Of course, Elon isn't innocent here, it's perhaps a bit of Karma given his own body shaming antics re: fellow Billionaire Bill Gates just a few weeks ago, which prompted not just complaints about body shaming but even some accusations of transphobia:

It's irrelevant if it's Musk or a flying ox, the deal makes sense for shareholders.

OK boomer, but at least you perhaps better understand what Twitter is now, so when someone talks about posts on Twitter you don't need to get confused and assume there is some story to be linked to like with a newspaper or something:

So why didn't you care about the shareholders when news broke about musk wanting to purchase twitter? Seems to be a U-turn on your previous stance? If you could link a post where you are all for the musk completing his purchase 'for the shareholders' that would be nice.

How is that not clear, it's pretty evident you didn't understand how Twitter works, which I guess is understandable if you've never used it but don't try and deny what I said or meant by deliberately removing the relevant part of a post when quoting me, it's both dishonest and dumb and I thought you were at least better than that.

I made no reference to any news story, I simply posted one of the pictures that were doing the rounds on Twitter and I was happy to clarify for you right away... so why you're still in a strop and want to argue the toss over this still the next day is beyond me, it's a bit ridiculous... all over a bunch of Elon pics FFS! :D

Not particularly, in this case there were dozens of tweets, I simply wanted to make a funny comparison with Bezos so I posted two pics for comparison and commented on the irony of people body shaming him... why on earth is how the post was presented now a subject for debate????

Honestly, WTF is wrong with you guys, trying to police how someone makes a casual GD post, demanding links to some apparent story because you haven't read the post properly.

Any post that isn't outright critical of Elon seems to attract the more "SJW" type posters into the thread for some nitpicking... like flies around a turd.

That's a no then, that's fine and all but at least be honest in your posting. Hell I'd ascertain you only want Twitter to win its lawsuit as you think its a negative for musk.

Out of the 64 65 posts in this thread I think at last 2/3's are 'anti' musk, that implies a clear bias for me.
