You're missing the crucial front pic, RP. It looks like there is either a cover or tray thing on the front bottom right on the Slim.

From the look of those pics rp, the ability to change the hard drive appears to be lost, UNLESS the panel under the BD drive is removable?

Price looks like it £249 on a big retailer site, no word of bundles etc but wont get them till closer to release.
Looks like the Power consumption is now only approx 74Watts :eek:

the original PS3 was 180Watts!
Also going by one of the pics the PSU could be external, the HDD could be under the flap at the fron with all the DTS stuff on it.

Have to say the Ps3 phat looks a lot sleaker with the silver trim and touch sensitive buttons, not that I would "upgrade" mine for cosmetic appearance though.

Glossy black plastic is tacky as hell, so the original's hardly a looker either.

I actually think that from the front i prefer it to the original PS3, looks like my 80GB PS3 is going to have a short life and be sold to fund a slim. It will fit in my TV cabinet much better aswell lol. The other OS thing seems strange, perhaps its a licence issue ? Cant see any other way it would save money.

It is only the PS3 Slim, i.e. slim enough to fit in your TV cabinet.

The clue is in the name. It's slimmer, not smaller! So not like the previous efforts with the PS2 and PS1.
