Bokeh is the blur, or the aesthetic quality of the blur, in out-of-focus areas of an image, or "the way the lens renders out-of-focus points of light."

I love the bokeh effect! Post your favourite/best images of bokeh in this thread and lets see if we can get an awesome collection going! Please post your camera and lens used for reference

Nice shot, the Nikon 18-55 is a great lens I think.

^ Your sensor needs a bit of a clean!

Wouldnt be possible to really see sensor dust shooting wide open. Also it would be black blurry spots.
That would be dust on prints/negatives seeing as he shot them on a film slr.
