Seems to be a lot of posts here that don't actually have any bokeh, just quite a bit of depth of field! C'mon guys, make sure the photos actually have 'out-of-focus points of light' :)

People also refer to the in-focus/out-of-focus transition as bokeh. On rereading your OP I see what you're asking for, but there's no authority on exactly what bokeh refers to, hence confusion.
