Any threads or posts in here discussing how to do anything that is against Apple's EULA will be removed and repeat offenders will be punished suitably.

You've stated to me the forums stance on the matter which I already knew. I asked as to why.
Im not trying to be petty or start an argument but i cant see why posting a screenshot of a modified iphone would be considered a banning or suspending offence

Illegal would imply it breaks the law.

Which it doesn't.

It breeches their terms and conditions. but this itself is not a criminal offense.
