Heres my current one, for some reason when setting it as the wallpaper the phone seems to add compression and make it look carp quality though! :(

RKO - do you use notes app that much that it warrants a place on your dock? If so check out simplenote. It's a cloud syncing notes app. You can get some pretty nifty desktop apps which then sync with your phone.
 
Only used Notes a lot today hence its placement. I tend to use the multitasking UI to get at all my apps hence why it's rather sparse. Only started using the dock a few days ago. :p

My notes sync with MobileMe too. ;)

In iOS4 can you have one page of apps with no apps on it?!
