Found out that the GF1 is receptive to IR light.
Stuck a P mount IR filter infront of it last week and it worked well, so got a 720nm IR filter of flea-bay and time to play.

Setting WB on the GF1 is a piece of cake as well.
Just need to get my head around IR postprocessing now.

Are there any tutorials on what borders are appropriate? I never know if I should to something exciting, or just stick a black line around the edge?

No idea i am probably the biggest noob to photography you can ever imagine :D When im doing borders on 3d renders i usually do a 2px white stroke then 1px black or similar.

After sitting in the house all day yesterday, I went out for a drive last night, as you do, just aimlessly driving anywhere (I like doing this, mainly because I just love the feeling of driving about!). At first, I wasn’t going to take my camera, but I’m so glad I did! The sunset was absolutely fantastic, so this aimless drive ended up with me chasing the sunset around the local “beauty spots” to try and make the most of the spectacular lighting!

Out of the entire set of of 7 images (Which can be viewed on my Flickr as always) – Click anywhere on this sentence.

The image below is by FAR my favourite! I was so pleased I was able to capture the light beams on my sensor! I was worried they weren’t going to come out very well as I rushed to get this shot before the light changed!

Sebastian came home for the first time today, not that he's seen it yet, he's still asleep! I'll have plenty of time to practice my baby photography :)
