No I sold that one about a year after I bought it off of you. He's a friend and as far as I know it's still getting good use and hasn't put a foot wrong.

I have a 40D now.

my lightbulb shot is a composite as mentioned earlier. i didnt fancy trying to wire it up to take it in one shot!

I have some photos I took during my trip to a technology show yesterday. Didn't intend on taking my camera but glad I did now, got some images I would have regretted not being able to capture!

(only 85mm at 5.6, with I had 200mm for this one)

Have a silly photo with harsh vignetting. It was for my photo52 on TP, but as we don't seem to be doing it here anymore, here it is!

Not that keen on the first two, the third is ok imo overall a bit depressing maybe, but the last one imo is really good, it's simple yet powerful.

I think you need to offset the decay with a model/friend in the scene, that's nicely lit.

Thanks! Though I think it's quite hard to make asylums look antyhing but depressing, especially the quiet-cell wards (pic 3)

I really do need t grab a 10-22mm soon because that would just make interiors like these look so much better context wise. 17mm just isn't wide enough.

I just been reading about it, it's an awesome and vast place, I'm surprised it wasn't sold off before it became derelict, or even just used for other types of treatment, just seems a waste.
