As in it's Nikon images have a certain look to them that stand out from other images you see :)

Haha! Right I see! A bit of a dig at Nikons then? :p

I have to be honest everyone elses pictures do look a lot sharper than mine :( I take it its just my lack of skills.

No, no dig at all. I shoot with both Nikon (D300) and Canon (40D). What I said I've said many times before. Images shot with a Nikon sensor have a certain look and feel to them that's unique. It's most evident in people portraits, the details and skin tones.

Was in Berlin just before Christmas, I processed these rather heavily for a change!

At the Stasi museum (if you don't know much about post-war and pre-fall-of-the-Berlin-Wall East Germany, go do some research)

A church next door to a relative's house :)

That could look a lot better if you fixed the chromatic aberrations in camera raw before processing it. The extra saturation you added really shows them up in the windows and spire. Try it again after fixing it, should look great :)

Got a Sony A35 for christmas to attempt to find my creative side. (I think its in there somewhere )

Still very near the noob end of the scale though so go easy. Only had it a few days :D

Excuse the stupid white 'border'. Didn't want a massive pic on here but despite resizing it on photobucket the stupid thing kept coming out big
So had to 'snippet' the thing.. (any tips on resizing etc, welcome..)

I think it looks good with a good level of black to contrast out the other shades. Shame the top is cropped off though.

For some reason it wouldn't show the picture linked to Flickr, used photobucket and it worked.
Took this earlier of my Pug xKing Charles called pugsy. As she's black shes quite hard to get a photo off with any detail of the face..
