I still don't understand how you think that hideous watermark is helping you...

You'd be surprised how much a simple watermark helps against bloggers especially as they can't be bothered to remove them, however easy.

Comment on the photos, not the watermark, seen as it doesn't break any rules on here.

The watermark is actually killing the images for me, they are far too distracting especially being purple.

Seriously though, they are good images. The watermark wouldn't be so bad if it was at least white/black/grey.

It was only a random preset on the program I use as I was in a rush anyway so its definitely not a long term thing. Images can be replaced on flickr at the drop of a hat without affecting anything on the photostream at all. Its just easier to dump a garish watermark on them for forum use, link them, then stick a nicer one on for general flickr abuse.

Ultimately, I want an image with an alpha channel so I can stick it in places that won't detract from the image but make it a nightmare to remove, but I don't own such software yet (or artistic skill with photoshop )
