Ah cool, sorry yeah didn't want to say publicly as all the nice places tend to be found that way by people who go and trash the place (as we found this weekend!) :S

Just a quick snap I took with a phone camera a few months ago. The beach at 6AM. The pic isn't very good, or straight etc, nor is it at the best angle for a picture of the beach/sea, but it was taken in a hurry and I kinda like it. :p

Tought I would post this here to save starting up anothet thread.

Was wondering what peoples opinions are on the 2x tele I got to try.

This one on 150mm sigma macro, no teleconverter

This one of same lens from same pos, with teleconverter on.

I know it can be a little harder as they are resized and compressed to jpeg, but still...

Oh, and excuse boring sbuject, but it seems to be the thing I always land up testing against for quick tests.

There's not really much to give feedback on for those really as you say they are test images - As far as the TC goes it seems decent enough quality to use in actual shooting so get some proper usage images up :)

Thanks^ :) It's a cooling tower from an abandoned coal fired power plant in Belgium. That place has a lot of symmetry and eye watering architecture but we didn't have enough time to spend in there due to only having a weekend.

Next time!

As for a 1080P wallpaper, I can send a link via email?

Here's one of a metal works plant, the scale of this place was absolutely breathtaking, walking in and around you imagine that only Giants the size of Mecha robots could build something so vast under one big roof. That's me in the lower part of the frame, for sense of scale.
