Sam lose the vignette mate. Its absolutely brutal on some of those shots and detracts from the image imo.

Just trying out my new 50 on my D80 the other weekend while at Gleneagles.
Weather was fairly grey and miserable with rather dull lighting conditions.
Original image was taken in RAW, but have saved the one below as unprocessed JPEG.

Big-ish, they are allowed to fly at 250ft from any object (ground, side of the valley..) and down to 100ft in some certain areas.

From Silverstone on friday
While I can see where KD is coming from I have to admit it really like that - the fact that only the spinning rear wheel and back of the car can be seen along with the spray coming off implies a real sense of speed and power to me.
I was out earlier today and I'm still getting to grips with my new camera, out of a 100 or so pictures I took there's only about 6/7 that I'm moderately happy with. I suppose I should just appreciate the fact I'm shooting in RAW and not wasting film huh?

I imagine there is to be a female half way up walking into the distance holding a big hat, I would've loved that even more.

I would normally remove the telephone pole but I've been at work 10 hours today so meh. I'm loving the weather at the moment, its giving amazing light at about 19:30-20:30, makes everything look amaze.

Half way up, right, side of the frame, walking (towards top left, kinda where the telephone pole is), wind blowing, silhouette, aummer dress, big hat on right hand, looked to the left and down so you see side face profile in silhouette.
That's what I imagine.
