Never doing that again though! The problem is that anything which is considered to be interesting and is to do with the 360 or PS3 is flamebait on here these days. Shallwe all talk about puppies and cushions instead?sc(+)pe said:A might impressive feat, but posting a topic like this! You should know what you're in for and no one should be suprised really with some of the replies. The topic has flamebait all over it and everyone knows it, the op included.

Probably to upset all the 360 owners who like to rolleyes because they know damn well their beloved console is a piece of unreliable poorly designed poo but won't admit itSkyfall said:lol...
I wonder why they did this...![]()

Better than a electronic device that can't be used as it was intended? They should do the same with a 360 and take bets on how many minutes it will only last, actually that would be interesting.Tried&Tested said:This isn't being a 'fan boy', it's the simple truth.
What else does this test prove? That an electronic device can be used as it was intended?..great.

Why should people have to turn off their console when they are enjoying the game they paid for because the console is getting to hot? That's ridiculous, it shouldn't get to hot and should be 'fit for purpose'.Jono said:Hmmm, well so far mine's lasted since it first hit the stores. And I don't see why they should do the same with a 360. I'd like to think that 360 owners would be sensible enough to turn off their console if the temperature got that hot and go for a swim/sit in a cold bath.
I don't sit in the oven to play on my console, so why the hell should I care if it can deal with such heat?

I'm talking about the ambient temperature.JBeck said:Why should people have to turn off their console when they are enjoying the game they paid for because the console is getting to hot? That's ridiculous, it shouldn't get to hot and should be 'fit for purpose'.
..... And as a reply can only come up with the same old reply of the few games that are available.JBeck said:Probably to upset all the 360 owners who like to rolleyes because they know damn well their beloved console is a piece of unreliable poorly designed poo but won't admit it![]()
