The Radeon RX 5700 XT Owners Thread.

When did you place your order Besty and how long did it take to arrive from AMD?

Ordered mine Sunday July 7th. Got notification that it was sent, on last Friday like @Besty and was delivered today.
Thats the easy bit. Now need to wait from my ex wife to send it from Glasgow to Greece :D

FYI the AMD store sends from Netherlands, and still baffled why it doesn't ship to Greece -_-

Quick and dirty overclock of the 5700XT on stock cooler was at 2.1GHZ as sustained clock.

I tried setting it to max clock at 1.25v and it attempted 2200MHZ clock but crashed.

I'll be happy when Morpheus is on it I think.

Not happy with these stupid warranty sticker's though

XActo no 11 is your friend. You take it flat under the sticker slowly and removes it without trouble or destruction. You put the sticker back 1" on the bracket away from the screw.
Do not press it down. When ever you want to put it back in again same process. If you have a very steady hand, at least I do, nobody will notice any difference until they remove the cooler and see that the carbon pad is gone.

Also this malarkey with the stickers in EU is why I say numerous times, if possible buy from AMD directly or if you use Nvidia get EVGA. The rest be damned.

As long as I take the stock cooler off yeah lol.
Happy with the clocks though potentially which was key.

The cards do seem to clock pretty good.

The Warranty stickers is only an American thing I think. I don't think they count for anything here.

Actually, they're no longer legally enforceable in America, someone brought a case to court and won.

I think there have been numerous cases since then of companies still doing it. You have to take them to court ... and it won't be a small claims court, usually, per most EU countries.

I got an answer from Scott Wasson about the 50th.

He said it is binned differently from the XT.

So we have confirmation now.

I don't know why these corporations keep trying, they WILL lose. It's like the infamous EULA, not worth a damn in any legal sense.
