Still not sure what to do with CoD, gonna try beta but I loved black ops 4 but hated maps for newest MW

Cyberpunk 2077 is the one I'm looking forward too.

Liking the look of this year's COD, just need that GPU to finish my year off.

Anyone got the Nitro special edition with a super flower PSU?
Super Flower PSU? Nooo....I would start with at least 1000watt.
Well what do you know...it's what used in the Supernova power supplies from EVGA.
Are you looking for a good PSU or something more affordable?
Because I went from a 850 to 1200 just to fully OC both GPU and memory OC (which I couldn't do before) just to finish Division 2.
As that was the only game CTD when I did that. If I just OC the gpu it was fine with the 850watt psu.

Here is total power in watts that I use:

You saying it not good? Didn't see many bad reviews regarding them and heard few brands use it.

I bought one about 3 months after building my build started with coolermaster cheap **** bad coil whine from day one lol was just wonder what fan setting people suggested lol.

What is your ram what did you OC it to and your GPU? I've undervolt mine. Still learning though.

I'm not saying it's no good. I simply needed a beefier psu based on my PC setup.
On average I am pulling 460Watts when gaming. You might not come close to that. But you have to find out.

That's true, I've no issues at all but now you have me curious lol what's that wee power thing called that you got?
I've got one, you can get them off a well known internet site lol... Just power measuring plugs in a search you'll find them, for a tenner. Great and accurate.

Also, you can't go wrong with Flower PSU's, I'm running 3 of them, a 1600W, a 1200W and a 1000W and been running for years, amazing and so optimised at 90+ ratings, simpy superb. I've been running my 1200W now using quad fire cards and all sorts for 8 years, still running like a weapon. Personally i'd not touch any other power supply personally, but that's me.

@pugheaven what fan mode do you run I've just switched to mode 0
On the 1600 jobbie the fan has never even come (not that I've seen) on yet as I set to eco mode, it's never even broke a sweat. I'm runiing an overclocked xeon pulling around 240W on full chat with the overclocked 5700XT and drives etc etc... and never heard the fan ever come on... not sure whether that's good or bad but like I say they have so much power I beleive that in ECO mode the PSU has to reach 50C is it? Something like that for the fans to engage...

ECO 0, the fans start as soon as the temperatures are between 62 and 68°C. If temperatures fall between 47 and 53°C, the fan goes silent once more.
In ECO 1 the temperature threshold at which the fans start up is between 42 and 48°C, with the lower threshold at between 27 and 33°C. ''

no 2 is basically fan on all the time :)

I recall reading about that and from my understanding you want the fan on the psu to be on all the time. As it cannot cool the psu fast enough for any transients or power spikes your PC might need. If the temps reach a point that would hinder the proper operations of the psu.

I use a RM750i, mainly cause I got it cheap and I have a CWT made HX750 that I've had for yonks, it powered 2 980Ti's in SLI and a 4790K overclocked for awhile, its now in my Ryzen powered NAS

Was about to pick up the Red Devil 5700 XT for £395.99 but spotted the MSI Gaming X 5700 XT for £385... any advice?

I've had my new 5700XT delivered (under RMA) and was ok for a few days, but now getting crashes and system restarts. Going to send it back, had enough of AMD..
