It's getting the ram from the 6500XT lol. Which i have in my daily. 2248mhz default (18Gbps) and the slider maxes at 2400mhz for 19.2Gbps. So I can see the 50 cards been the same. Can't be that fast.. @LtMatt had never heard of it
I wonder how fast the 6950XT will be.
prices are now showing but I think they may be placeholders cause 3000 euro for the 6950xt sound crazy

Can't you buy 5 and hammer them all for the lulz?
Morning, that's very high. As in poor contact of the block high!Morning,
Those with Watercooled cards, what temps are you getting?
Im seeing temps of 70c-75c and junction of 95-98c. Noting my coolant is only at 23c......
Thinking my card needs a re-paste and pads?
Thanks.

I can see one issue from the picture. You are going in the wrong side to the GPU. If you are going in the bottom right, it would need to be bottom left and top right to go the correct way though the block.

Yes, one thing that can almost affect temps massively too is pump speed. I run my D5 at 4000rpm. Give you pump a go at full speed and see how much of a differnece that makes. After that its a rebuild of the card as it doesn't seem to be contacting very well with the temps you quoted. I had an awful time with a Radeon VII alphacool block, so have experience of this issue!
The ports would make minimal difference I'd think 1-3C maybe. Was it a factory built XFX card with the block pre fitted? So I don’t need to worry about changing ports?
I run mine about 60%. However have tried in 100% and made zero difference.[/QUOT
The thing to be very aware of it the thermal pads. If they are too thick the core won't connect very well. Another thing to do is fully spread the paste on the die (core) don't leave it to chance.Yes it was. However I took it apart and painted the backplate etc.
I’ll take it apart on the weekend and re paste etc and see what happens.
