Mine (6800 XT and 6900 XT MBA) did not sag at all.Question - how badly do the reference 6800 / 6900 XT cards sag?
And if there is a lot of sag, what GPU brace tends to work well with them?

Lots!

Dammmn! Love that little cushion you added on the fan though, 1000 IQ move
Awesome good to hear! Do the MBA cards just have a more rigid backplate? Any pro tips you'd recommend with the install/setup? I'm not looking to bother overclocking etc., just want to smash out some gaemz (1440p uw, 144Hz monitor)

The Red Devil comes with a support brace although my case is so tall, even for a full tower, that I had to give it boost up to reach my card!Question - how badly do the reference 6800 / 6900 XT cards sag?

Well my 6900XT arrived today, I can't believe quite how long it is - Longer than the 3090, certainly!
I set out on a mission to get two 3080FEs and ended up spending twice as much as I wanted on these two
But at least I can stop jumping every time my phone goes off in case it's discord/twitter alert!

Actually about to cry with joy...
I wanted a Sapphire Nitro card, but at several hundred bucks less (and actually in stock), I will shut up and accept my luck
Will post actual card pics when it (hopefully) arrives in a few days!

nice I have a red devil on order too.
How much did you pay for yours?
what are you going to do with you 3090?
Any coil whine?
It was £1200 - more than I wanted to spend but who knows how long this mess will go on for.
No noticeable coil whine so far, but I’ve only managed a few benchmarks.
I was quite impressed to see it only trailing the 3090 by about 20-40 points in Timespy with nothing but auto overclock figures and maxed power limit.
3090 is going in my dedicated sim rig machine.
Here in UK we havent had a drop in 4 months, on AMD site
Every order is manually checked, one item (GPU/+CPU) per household. Bots won’t have much luck on the AMD store.Haha, swings and roundabouts mate... it's basically impossible to get a card from the big 3 or 4 online stores here - bots gobble up stock in seconds, and it seems the bot problem is much worse here than back home in the UK.
AMD.com seems like the 'least worst' if you're not using a bot. Managed to get my 5900X from there as well a few weeks ago, so I wonder if they are doing something differently to scupper the bots.
The staff at AMD UK checking orders will have been able to read a few novels then as I haven't seen anything on there for weeks!Every order is manually checked, one item (GPU/+CPU) per household. Bots won’t have much luck on the AMD store.

Ooof! Take consolation in the fact that time heals all wounds...I had a 6900XT in my basket yesterday for €999 and hesitated. I regret that now
I use a super flower 850w platinum and have never had a problemI've read a couple of reviews saying the 6900 XT has large power usage spikes - in LTT's video review he mentions even having to switch out their Seasonic 1000W PSU as the OCP kept getting tripped.
Has anyone run into any power related problems? I have an 850W version of this: https://seasonic.com/prime-ultra-titanium so wondering if I might run into the same issue that Linus did...
