It's all going a little Toxic on this thread. I was waiting for Britney to walk in!
Just several things to consider, AMD are currently working on their variant of DLSS to scale across its full market reach (PC and consoles).
The other things to consider too are the following:
Mesh Shading.
Variable Rate Shading.
Both worth a run on 3DMark.
Covid has clearly slowed the pace of these new features for sure. Look how long DX12 took to get to a point of been worth running.

Time will tell!

I got a gigabyte Oc 6900XT for just over £1k delivered yesterday from the Spanish Jungle. It’s still possible for the keen eye.


My assessment so far, I find the 6900 much smoother than the 3080 and 3090 in game play. I thought it was just in my head, but after many retries, the 6900 seriously feels smoother in game play.

Mine runs at 2650 all day long with heartburnrons tuning

From what I can see, reviewers are running Cyberpunk2077 with Ryzen 5900X, 32 GB DDR4 3600 ( all top quality cpu and ram) at only 1080p with Ray Tracing and getting 45fps.

4k with the 6900XT would likely run at 10fps with Ray Tracing on and DLSS off. AMD need to step up fast for next gen cards!

All I know is that I can play CP for more than 15 minutes without it crashing on my 6900xt (Averaging 75-90fps with Ultra settings, RT turned off).

I can't say the same for my 3000 series card.
