No. If you get attacked, then only you and your attacker know until you care enough to tell people. Being in an alliance is a good way of getting support or to give people second thoughts about attacking you if your alliance is in the top five, but generally if you make a good target, anyone will go for you if they can take you on. Sure a bigger player from your alliance can do a revenge hit. But what is the point if you take all your resources off planet and take your fleets to some other place? He'll be attacking you for nothing. No one does that. Not even for revenge hits. No one is that silly. However if you are a good target, then someone will pound you, and revenge will only make it more fun for your opponent.

Signed up and applied, it's exactly like Planetarion was like. Should be easy, do we have an irc channel or anything similar? It's a good way of getting help etc if your being attacked or planning a raid.

right, where will it tell me if im being attacked...messages?

and how do i send a private message to another person in the alliance...i can find it for the love of anything....all i can find is send circular message

Just reapply

you can find out if your being attack on the overview tab, Will be in red text if your under attack, green if its good (Transport etc)

For messages you have to add people to your buddy list

So it might be a idea for you to add everyone in the alliance:)
 
Yeah i'm back in, is there a full list of alliance members then so we can add people? I assumed this would be on the board but it looks rather empty.

Edit : Also if anyone could spare me some Metal/Crystal to 2:218:6 i'd be grateful, just like Planetarion this game is far too slow at the start!
 
Right, I currently have:

Metal Mine: Level 6
Crystal Mine: Level 3
Deuterium Synthesizer: Level 2
Solar Plant: Level 5

Should I keep upgrading them, or save and start building a Robot Factory/Research lab?

Currently have:

Metal: 526
Crystal: 341
Deuterium: 127
Energy: 10/161

If anyone does want to send me some resources, my planet (Gaiden) is at 2:240:9 - any help would be appreciated. :)
 
Also how do you get more planets, seems like lots of people have 1 user name and lots of planets?

Edit: Is there an easier way of adding to buddy list than by going to each coordinate?
 
Robot Lab would appear to cut building times by 50%

Clicked on that before I realise Research Lab was cheaper, but now dont have the necessary resources for Lab :p

am i right in think you have to go to the galaxy screen with their planet so you can add them as a buddy.....coz that costs deuterium....and if theres a cheaper way it would be much better
 
Hint: Don't underestimate the need for metal mines and solar plants early on in the game. Upgrades to these are getting costly, but my production rate is such that it'll take hours to get anywhere. I even got supplies from outside, but I wasted them on robots + research, when I should've used them on mines which would give a much better output now.
 
Guys just make sure you check your buddy lists cos i've added quite a few people and probably some more later. Knightstalker and brynn i know i added you.

Lol...i have had no supplies sent to me, and all ive done is build up my mines....Must be my pro strategic skills.... :p

....i still dont have a shipyard....dont know if thats really good or bad atm...i dont think the other people in my galaxy can attack me yet, they are all too powerful so im partially noob protected
