planetrib - 5:80:8 - i used to play planetarion a lot and phppa (an open source speed game with early pa rules) i should have known to look better, i just saw the figures and felt buoyed up by all the "it's easy to raid" talk a few pages back :doh: i've got a n00b that i raid every 2 days when he's got his resources up, i think he's not playing anymore but his planets still active

1 question, do i need to build a research lab for a colony if i want to use it to build ships etc?

ive only just started getting battleships, but when guys have 400+ of them im gonna need more than 5. lol. and my defences are good for my position i think, but not enough.

Deka, I am building some cruisers at the mo and will launch them later tonight so i will probably not be able to send anything until tomorrow morning, it will take around 5 hours for them to arrive as well so expect something tomorrow sometime.

Uni 7 is quite a tough uni by the sound of it, lots of good players around which should make things intersting. I also have a second login for uni 3 so you can have both, its up to you.

Also you can join the SCUM alliance (two of us so far) Rich99million is not all that far from you in galaxy 3.

non of us here want an attack, because we cant handle being pounded by 500 battleships...

if i had 500 battleships and it was an even match i'd probably be up for it like, but theres no point 500 v's my 25, no contest really is there

lol if i needed it i would have it mate... but im in same boat. need metal and crrystal. although not to much as to make me a target.

also, im on about 3800points, and i cant attack some stronger players. when will i be able to attack them? is it 5000points?

Quick question guys as I don't have speedsim on my work machine. I have just sent 2 cruisers , a heavy and light fighter and some small cargos. The defence is just 2ML and 5SL. I should be able to make short work of them shouldn't I?

both my other planets have no defences at all... its better where it is
