i recalled one earlier cos i included some res on it and was told i'd lose it

yep pretty sure

you also only need one research lab for all your planets, unless that is you get as high as the intergalactic research network

EDIT - He was only checking for people with IPM's... So after chatting for a bit - he's sending me a care package to help develop my defence.

Where do you tell what rank the alliances are?

 

[SKILL]

click on statistics, change the drop down menu from 'Players' to 'Alliances' then Ctrl+F is probably the easiest way to find the alliance you are looking for...
