Funny thing is these 2 who were camped outside the hospital (with the creepy dolls) are camped out in Windsor, presumably with blow up Meghan and Harry dolls ready to go.

Oh gawd, I remember seeing that interview, those adult men and their creepy dolls and wierd voices.

Dont mind the Royals, not fussed about the coverage. :)

Though proves that so long as you are a rich prince you can get a hot bird if you are a bit ugly and/or ginger. :D

It's only the UK that has a problem with gingers. Probably why he had to import from the US.

Will James Hewitt be at his sons wedding?

apparently not :D

Theres another vid of the one on the left floating about Twitter. He's camped out waiting.

I reckon the close protection officers must know their faces and probably do their best to keep Harry/William etc.. well clear of any section of the crowd they're in.

Before anyone chimes in

We are not paying for it, the royal family contribute £380m a year to the treasury and bring in an estimated £2b in revenue through tourism per year.

These are weak arguments - the first one is straight up nonsense, the crown estate would bring in revenue whether we had a Royal Family or not its existence has nothing to do with the current members. The second one is highly dubious, France is a Republic and has a bigger tourism industry than us people still go to visit French Palaces etc.. no doubt if they happened to have a Royal Family there then someone could make a lazy argument about how some % of the tourists are clearly there for the Royals and therefore attribute some ridiculous figure to them too.

Obviously when it comes to something like a Royal Wedding then you will no doubt get some tourists specifically interested in that, but in general, trying to attribute 2 billion to them is pretty dubious.

Not that I'm pro republican or anything, it is just I think the benefit of them is more in their capacity as (essentially) super Ambassadors and the soft power they bring. World leaders love to be seen visiting the Queen, William and Harry bring a huge medial storm anywhere they go on official visits and world leaders love to be seen meeting them too. When Harry jets off on his Commonwealth tour with his new wife he'll be generally bringing awesome PR for the UK. Back when we had a Royal Yacht it was used quite effectively for trade deals etc..

I actually have nothing against them, just got to ride it out for a day or so. What's quite amusing is that I've seen more posts on Facebook complaining about not caring about it then posts about it.

It's more trendy to bring up a topic by "complaining" about others than by admitting you're interested.

If you bring it up in a positive way you're exposing what you actually feel.

However bringing it up indirectly in a negative way protects your fragile feelings.

Doesn't matter. "love" or "hate" is really the same thing when it comes to taking an interest so someone who is actually indifferent can be standing back and simply see a massive surge in interest on a subject no matter how the authors try to conceal their motives.

One of the fawning BBC reporters told me last week that Megan Markle was/is an international actress, I wish she had explained exactly what that actually means?

The sheer anger and need to voice their disdain by some is hilarious. Someone even went to the length of creating a huge flag with the words "shove the royal wedding up your ****". That's far too much effort to show you apparently don't care. Needless to say, half of this plant life probably live on the dole and will be expected to be a drain on the NHS by their 50s .
