Most gaming PC's are bellow this gens consoles and this gens console are capable of some RT but no where even close to a 4090. Up until last year the most used graphics card on steam was a 1060. Spiderman 2 on Ps5 used RT effectively but until AMD catch up and put a lot more RT capability into consoles we won't get much further ahead apart from sponsored PC games.

Of course there aren't as many, just the same when you do a game for next gen consoles only you lose the install base of the previous gen. That's how it supposed to work...

With upscaling, seems like their readings for the 4090 here are incorrect though
